The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the tourism sector of Bugbug Tourism Village, Karangasem, Bali. This research aims to identify the positive and negative impacts of the pandemic on tourism in the village as well as post-pandemic management strategies. Qualitative research methods were used with primary data from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data from literature studies. The results show a drastic decrease in tourist visits and tourism revenue, the closure of tourist attractions, and a reduction in the workforce. However, the pandemic has also spurred the use of digital promotion technology, improved health protocols, as well as more mature development planning and human resource improvement. The post-pandemic management strategy is carried out by optimizing eight management elements, such as organization, management, communication, information, personnel, supplies, public relations, and finance, as well as providing incentives through ticket discounts and the construction of tourist facilities. It is suggested that Bugbug Village develop a more innovative and structured management strategy and expand tourism products to increase competitiveness and adapt to changes in tourist behavior.
